Booking terms and safety
Prices and capacity
Prices are the final total for the selected buggy and its stated capacity: one, two or four guests. Children count as passengers and every person must use a seat. Never exceed the reserved capacity.
Schedule, duration and pickup
Scheduled tour starts are 08:30, 10:30 and 14:30. Allow about four hours from pickup to return. Shared pickup normally begins 60–90 minutes before the selected start and may make other hotel stops. The exact lobby, entrance or authorized point and time are confirmed by WhatsApp or email. Airbnb guests must provide the complete address and may receive a nearby accessible point.
Drivers and passengers
Every driver must be at least 18, carry a valid driver's license and photo ID, follow the convoy guide and never drive under the influence. The minimum passenger age is 11 and minors must travel with an adult. Two qualified drivers may switch only at a guide-authorized stop.
Health, cave and weather
The activity is not suitable during pregnancy or for serious back, neck, heart or recent-surgery conditions. Cave swimming is optional and non-swimmers must tell the guide and stay out or only use the designated area. Tours normally operate in sun or rain, but the operator may change the route, timing or date for unsafe conditions.
Cancellation, changes and no-show
Cancel in writing more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrival and no-show are non-refundable. Date changes requested before the same deadline are subject to availability. Cancellation is complete only after written confirmation. If the operator cancels for weather, safety, breakdown or operational reasons, choose a new date or receive a full refund.
Vehicles, damage and conduct
The automatic buggy category includes seat belts and a safety helmet; model and color may vary from photos. No damage deposit is charged online. Normal mechanical failure is the operator's responsibility. Proven damage from collisions, racing, overtaking, leaving the route or ignoring instructions is the driver's responsibility. Report visible damage before departure. Unsafe or intoxicated participants may be removed without refund.
Optional purchases
Professional photos and videos, bandanas, glasses, phone pouches, food, drinks, tips, souvenirs and local products are not included unless explicitly stated. Independent purchases are optional; confirm the total price before accepting any item.
