We collect only the information needed to process your booking, confirm pickup, provide support and meet accounting or legal obligations. This may include your name, email, WhatsApp number, accommodation, activity details and payment reference.

Payments

Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiration date or security code.

Sharing

Operational details may be shared with the local transport and activity team solely to deliver the booked service. We do not sell personal information.
