Cancellation and no-show+
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Within 24 hours, late arrival or no-show: non-refundable. If the operator cancels for weather, safety or breakdown, choose another date or receive a full refund.
Buggies and drivers+
Buggies are automatic, have seat belts and include a safety helmet. Model and color can vary, so photos represent the category. Two licensed drivers aged 18+ may switch only at an authorized stop.
Freshwater Taino cave+
Admission is included. Depth varies and swimming is optional; you do not need to swim to complete the tour. Non-swimmers must tell the guide and stay out or use only the designated area. Life jackets, changing rooms and toilets inside the cave are not guaranteed.
Damage and breakdowns+
No online damage deposit is collected. Normal mechanical failure is the operator's responsibility. The driver is responsible for proven damage caused by collision, racing, overtaking, leaving the route or ignoring instructions. Report existing damage before departure.
Rain and conditions+
The tour normally operates in sun or rain, and rain means more mud. Only the operator may change or cancel for unsafe storms, flooding, surf or trail conditions. Stop order and timing may vary.

It is the total per vehicle: US$50 single, US$80 double for two guests, or US$145 family for four.
How long does it really take?+
Allow about 4 hours from pickup to return. Route and stops normally take 2.5–3 hours, including 45–75 accumulated driving minutes.
What are the departure times?+
Scheduled starts are 08:30, 10:30 and 14:30. Hotel pickup may begin 60–90 minutes earlier.
Do I need a driver's license?+
Yes. Drivers must be 18 or older and carry a valid license and photo ID.
Can children participate?+
The published passenger minimum is age 11. Every child counts as a passenger, uses a seat and travels with an adult.
Can we switch drivers?+
Yes, at a guide-authorized stop, when both drivers are 18+ and licensed.
Where is pickup included?+
Bávaro, Punta Cana, Cabeza de Toro, Macao, Cap Cana and Uvero Alto. Exact point and time follow after booking.
What about an Airbnb?+
Enter the full name and address. We assign a nearby accessible point when transport cannot enter.
What if it rains?+
Tours usually continue with more mud. The operator changes or cancels only when conditions are unsafe.
Are photos included?+
No. Independent photographers may sell optional packages; agree on the total price first.
Is food included?+
No food or drinks are included. The cultural stop offers tastings, not a full meal.
Must I know how to swim?+
No. Cave swimming is optional. Tell the guide if you cannot swim and stay out or only in the designated area.
Can pregnant travelers join?+
No. Bumps, vibration and sudden movement make this activity unsuitable during pregnancy.
What should I wear?+
Old dark clothes, swimsuit, closed or water shoes with grip, bandana, glasses, towel and a complete change.
Is hotel transport direct?+
Not necessarily. It is shared and may collect guests at other hotels.
