The six published pickup areas
Our coverage is Bávaro, Punta Cana, Cabeza de Toro, Macao, Cap Cana and Uvero Alto. The hotel directory lets you locate participating accommodations and open a booking page with that hotel already selected.
Hotels are pickup locations, not owners of the cave or the buggy route. A search such as Lopesan cenote or Palladium buggy does not mean the activity takes place inside that resort. You travel to the tour's route.

Hotel lobby or nearby meeting point?
Enter the full hotel or accommodation name in the booking. For an Airbnb or a property that the shared vehicle cannot access, the team may arrange a nearby accessible meeting point.
Do not assume collection from any address anywhere in the country. Bayahibe, La Romana, Santo Domingo and Puerto Plata are not among the published pickup zones for this product. Contact the team before booking from outside coverage.
Timing and the return
Choose the tour start you prefer: 08:30, 10:30 or 14:30. Shared pickup normally begins 60–90 minutes earlier; the confirmation provides the exact arrangement for your hotel.
Keep your contact information reachable so the team can coordinate. Allow about four hours including pickup and return. This transport belongs to the excursion; it is not an airport transfer or a separate private taxi reservation.
